Customer Support Representatives Needed for Growing Technology/Development Company

Get AutoAppraise, LLC. Is the industries leader in providing leads for a rapidly growing customer base that includes the top 100 dealer groups in the nation. Our trade-in/lead-generating product line already boasts hundreds of registered users in over 30 cities.

We are currently looking for energetic individuals to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, cu The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused and possess Help Desk support experience. You will provide customer service to our existing customers and trial users of the GetAutoAppraise products, and must have at least one year of customer service and/or technical support experience. You must possess excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and follow-up skills and have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Primary responsibilities: e and email.
  • Effectively interact with customers of all technical skill levels to assess their concern and define, research, and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
  • Provide timely updates to customers, colleagues, and management on the status of outstanding issues.
  • Maintain status of issues in a call-tracking system and follow-up on escalated issues.
  • Convey customer feedback to appropriate business areas such as Marketing, Product Management and Development.
  • We look for:
    • Previous help desk experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written).
    • Knowledge of current Windows programs.
    • Ability to work flexible hours.
    • Familiarity with customer support CRM/ticket tracking systems.
    • Expertise in troubleshooting.

    • Delight customers by handling incoming phone calls requesting special services fy and provide relevant knowledge and insight to dealers regarding the services that we can offer
    • Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately
    • Share feedback about dealer request trends and overall suggestions for improvement with your supervisor
